Herbivore How To: Coconut Rum Rickey

Another cocktail installment! Today we're making Coconut and Rum Rickeys, since we love coconut so much and it's a very festive summer drink.


Ingredients:
Silver/white rum
Coconut cream
Soda water
Lime

How to:
Add a shot of rum, about an ounce of fresh lime juice, and an ounce of coconut cream to a shaker, and shake it up. Pour over a tall glass of ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge or two.
