Skin Food: Kale

Introducing a new blog series called Skin Food, where we'll focus on a specific food and how it helps our skin stay beautiful.

First up: Kale! This hearty green is one of the best sources the beauty vitamins A, C, and E, which have potent anti-aging properties and help promote healthy new cell growth.

Kale also comes packed with copper, which boosts the synthesis of melanin — a pigment that protects your skin from sun exposure. 

It contains a good amount of vitamin K as well, which is great for increasing skin elasticity and reducing the appearance of dark circles under the eyes. Yes please!
