Between traveling to see family or getting dressed up to enjoy the evening with friends, so much is going on during this time that we wanted to make sure you have all the tools you need to feel calm, grounded, and radiant as the year ends. Here are three rituals you can do at home, your family's house, or turn your hotel room into a luxurious spa!
One of the best things we can do for our body and mind is a massage. It's a loving way to show your body how much you care for it. In turn, your body will reflect that by giving you glowing skin. After taking a shower or long, detoxifying bath (see next step!) use one of our Facial Oils with either our Jade or Rose Quartz Roller to give yourself a lymphatic massage which helps to drain toxins and depuff your face after a long night! BATH + MASK
Almost nothing is better than turning your bathroom into the most luxurious spa! Draw a warm bath, add some of your favorite flowers like rose petals or lavender, and top it off with one of our bath salts! Before getting into the bath, get your clay mask ready by mixing it with one of our facial mists for a boost of nutrients (in case you missed it, here's how) so that once you get in the bath you can apply the mask, sit back, relax, and let your body relax, restore, and detoxify!
