"Full Moons are about completion
and on the other side of this step forward,
lies our freedom.
We’ve been feeling it for weeks,
the key’s been in the lock
and now we must turn it.
Let us be excited as we
become explorers into
new territory.
Newness is waiting." - Mystic Mamma

On Tuesday, May 29th, we have a powerful full Mystic Flower Moon in Sagittarius that strongly urges us to come into sharp focus of what we want by looking at what's not working.

It's time to let go of the old patterns that keep us stuck and hold us back from creating a new future where we are excited about the life we live and eager to explore the new territory of our desires.

A full moon occurs when the sun and moon are opposite each other, which means they are at polarities within the cosmos. As above, so below is the saying, meaning this time also reflects our own polarities in life

During a full moon the sun and moon are opposite each other. This highlights the strong polarities in our life, making it a good time to take inventory and see what's not currently working. A great way to do this is by drawing a long, hot bath, fill it to the brim with beautiful rose petals, whip out your journal and try the following full moon clarity exercise to harness the energy of this mystic Flower Moon to make swift changes.

Draw a warm bath, adding in different flower petals and Coconut Milk Bath Soak if desired, which contain soothing Vanilla and nourishing Coconut Milk.

Next, get out your journal and write down two lists:

where you are now

where you want to be

Take a moment to close your eyes and ask the Universe to send you signs on what are the next small + actionable steps you need to take in order to get from where you are to where you want to be.

Breathe long and deep for 5-10 minutes, soak up the healing benefits of water + florals floating amongst you.

When you're ready, open your eyes and journal the small steps that came to mind that you can take over the next few weeks that will bring you a little closer from where you are to where you want to be. For example, if you want to get back in shape, don't make the goal something like lose X amount of pounds in one month.

Where you are now : I feel tired, my body feels sluggish and I know I should workout more because it will be good for my body and mind.

Where you want to be: I feel strong, fit, and absolutely healthy. I cherish my body and treat it with so much intention and care. Because of this, it functions so well and optimally.

Next steps: Pick your favorite workout classes at your gym or around your neighborhood and commit to taking 2-3 of those classes this week. After you complete your commitment, see how good it feels to keep your word and use it as motivation to keep moving forward.
