Frequently Asked Questions - Orders

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible) and use the pre-paid return label enclosed in your order. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns of partial sets. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed.

If a purchase is made through an unauthorized Herbivore retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange.

Herbivore Botanicals does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.

All Clearance, Sale, or Wellness Shop Sales are final sale. 

Once a return package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Once processed, the funds typically take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.

We at Herbivore work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

Order placed in error: If an order was placed in error, we offer free returns and a pre-paid label to make the process easier. If the package remains unopened, you may write 'RTS' on the package. 

Address errors: If you are in need of an address change, we will do our best to accommodate your request. To request an address change, please forward your order confirmation email along with the new address you would like us to send your package to.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. If your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please wait 3 business days before reaching out or filing a claim.
We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mail room, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you.
