Why is my shipment delayed?
As many customers choose to shop online instead of in-person due to precautions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, providers such as USPS/UPS/FedEx are experiencing delays as they face record-breaking shipping volumes. Your order may take an additional 3-4 business days to arrive after shipment.
Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, Herbivore Botanicals is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order.
Where is my order? Why hasn't the tracking updated?
Shipping providers and delivery systems are currently facing massive strain this holiday season. This has regrettably resulted in problems with tracking for some customers.
While the tracking for your order may not update immediately, please rest assured that your order is well on its way. We encourage you to check the tracking page regularly for updates, although it has not been uncommon for packages to show up without any tracking updates whatsoever at this time.

How can I cancel my order?
At this time we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed, but you may go through the returns process once the package is received. We offer free returns within 30 days so you may return the package when it is convenient for you.
