Shipping / Order Info
All items ordered and paid for will ship in 2-3 business day unless otherwise noted. Once fulfilled, please allow up to 10 business days for standard shipping methods. International orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive and may require payment of duties upon delivery. Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times.
We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses or freight-forwarding companies. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50 before tax and after discount.

International orders may be required to pay for duties upon delivery. Herbivore does not assume responsibility for these payments. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Herbivore does not reimburse these costs.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.

At Herbivore, we work hard to get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and processed immediately to our fulfillment tea team. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your ofter your order is placed, including address changes, item edits or cancellations.
If you have any problems with your order upon receipt (missing or incorrect, damaged or defective items) please contact us immediately at info@herbivorebotanicals.com so that we can make it right. Please always provide a photo of what was received.
Once your order ships, Herbivore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or if the carrier (USPS, FedEx) delivers to the wrong address. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds, credits or replacements for missing or stolen packages. Walways recommend selecting a secure shipping address, providing carriers with specific instructions on where to leave packages (e.g. behind a pillar, at a backdoor, or with a neighbor), and signing up for real-time delivery notifications. In the event that your package is missing, we will do our best help you track it.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are made with natural ingredients so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color, for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy.

We offer secure payment processing and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Afterpay. If you process your order using an installment service like Shop Pay and Afterpay, you do so in accordance with their terms of service.
Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and Texas. These may change without notice depending on regulations. Tax is calculated according to Herbivore's physical presence in a location.
All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
At this time, we are unable to ship to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey.
