Holiday De-Stress DIY

Burnt pie? Political argument at dinner? Traffic? All too possible scenarios during the holiday season. We created a little DIY de-stressing oil for you to make in case of emergency. Rub it on your temples, pulse points, or third eye for calming, refreshing aromatherapeutic results!

Ingredients

  • Fractionated Coconut Oil (Not the solid coconut oil)
  • Lavender Essential Oil
  • Peppermint Essential Oil

Directions

Mix one tablespoon of Fractionated Coconut Oil with three drops of Peppermint Oil (this stuff is strong!) and 10–15 drops of Lavender Oil. Put in a small vessel — we used the roller ball vessel from our facial oils, which makes application to temples and pulse points easy! I will personally be carrying this on my flight home for the holidays, especially when there's turbulence!

Happy Holidays,

Allie, Brand Ambassador

PS: If you don't have time for a DIY, our Lavender Sea Mist makes a great atmosphere spray!
