Meditation: Being of Service to the Self and Others
The holiday season is upon us! For many, this time of year can be stressful. It can be difficult to get into the spirit of the season with so many things going on. To help you get through, we’ve created this twenty-minute meditation that’s dedicated to the spirit of service.
Being of service means being self-loving to the point of giving and receiving love expansively. Meditation is an expansive form of self-love that is expansive, and twenty minutes a day will literally reroute your brain patterns to function more calmly and compassionately when faced you’re with conflict.
Incorporate this meditation into your daily routine for a while to help you expand in the realms of compassion and service. Show up more authentically, compassionately and expansively by focusing your mind toward the spirit of service.
Trees understand that their very existence is essential. They needn’t do anything but breathe expansively in order to be of service to themselves and the universe.
