For those who don’t have time for the full bath soak experience but want to feel calm and grounded, this is for you! One of our favorite ways to use Calm or Detox Bath Salts if we’re pressed for time is to sprinkle them on the bathtub floor during our shower. All you have to do is pour enough so that you can (carefully) stand on the pile with both feet, allowing the salts to gently massage the soles of your feet. There are also thousands of nerve endings on our feet, making them highly sensitive and easily soak up the benefits of the essential oils, such as Ylang Ylang, Vanilla, and Eucalyptus which soothe the body, relax the nervous system, and ease stress and tension. This little ritual is a quick way to feel calmer and grounded in no time!
